Data we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we receive the contact and project information you provide: name, email address, company, area of interest, project subject, target timing, message and whether an NDA may be needed. Our hosting systems may also record technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for security and service operation.
Purpose and legal basis
We use inquiry data to understand your request, respond, prepare a potential project scope and maintain appropriate business correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and, where your request concerns a potential agreement, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Technical logs are processed for service security, reliability and abuse prevention.
How long data is kept
Inquiry correspondence is normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is needed for an active contract, legal obligation, dispute or documented business relationship. Short-term anti-abuse records are automatically limited to the relevant security window.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where applicable. Please do not include confidential engineering files in the initial web form. After first contact, we can agree confidentiality terms and a suitable file-transfer method.
